4HRPOA Annual Meeting
The Association’s Annual Meeting is usually the second Saturday in June. The official meeting notice will be sent to all association members within 60 days of the meeting date to confirm the date, time and location.
Ongoing 4HRPOA Quarterly Board Meetings
Quarterly Board meetings usually occur on the second Saturday in March, September and December. The June Board meeting takes place right after the 4HRPOA Annual meeting. Please check this page for updates in case a meeting date changes.
- March: Plan the Association Annual Meeting, Review Road Maintenance Plan for Year, Other Business
- June: (follows the Association Annual Meeting) Officer Appointments, Review Annual Meeting Results & Feedback, Other Business
- September: Review Fall Road Maintenance, Other Business
- December: Year-end Updates, Projected Budget for New Year, Approve Road Budget, Other Business
